Depot roast

Hi dear community!

I would like to hear your feedback.

I currently have a savings rate of 2k per month and am building up a cash position (at 2k currently).

The following positions are saved via a savings plan:

$VWRL (+0,71 %) 100€ pM

$BTC (-0,59 %) 100€ pM

$JEDI (-0,8 %) 100€ pM

The remaining €1700 is therefore available for individual purchases.

As an example, I am currently waiting for an entry point at $NU (+1,9 %)

A quick word about me... In my mid-30s and neither getting a euro nor any financial intelligence "from home"... Social cases, alcoholics, drugs etc.

My big goal is to be financially free and currently I still have a condominium (~280k € value, bought very cheaply - luck!) which still has to be paid off with ~9k €. That means the project will be completed in 2025.

In the future, I don't want to live such an ascetic life and buy myself something nice from time to time.

Thanks for your great contributions here and the community :)

Regards

Tobi

Congratulations on your successful step towards freedom!

The performance of your portfolio is still not great. B&H ACWI would have easily beaten you.

Have you ever thought about strategy diversification? You are slowly getting to an age and a portfolio size where a systematic reduction in risk could be relevant.

1500 in the $VWRL and then the rest on Bitcoin and individual purchases would be my "lazy" fix
With 2k you have a huge leverage from the 130k to make 500k and then the million.
and as I have also read here, I think 60k on Siemens is too much for a 130k portfolio.

Siemens positions would be far too large for me. I would sell part of it and put it into the FTSE. I would also increase the monthly savings rate and leave €300/500 for individual purchases rather than the other way around, because €100 a month hardly builds up anything.

@Korrekturensohn Thanks for the feedback! Do you mean €1500 in the savings plans and €500 in cash?

How much of the Siemens position would you sell?
1
@Korrekturensohn Exactly, I would at least halve the two positions and reallocate the money to achieve better risk diversification (your other positions only make up a fraction of this).

Halve both positions?

So you mean reducing Siemens by 50% and halving the €1700 savings installment in cash, right?
