Unease at The Platform Group despite excellent margins
How does a company manage to grow rapidly in the highly competitive world of e-commerce and achieve high profit margins at the same time? Dominik Benner, the 42-year-old majority owner and CEO of The Platform Group $TPG (-2,45 %)seems to have found a promising answer with his unusual business model. The figures speak for themselves: TPG has held its own in a tough market and impresses with solid margins. However, cracks are increasingly appearing behind the shiny façade of the listed company from Wiesbaden. The current developments and challenges raise questions that we examine in the latest episode of our podcast "The Topic". It remains exciting to see how TPG will perform in the future and whether it can maintain its high margins in the long term or whether market pressure will force it to make changes.
In India: Tragic Air India plane crash
A serious accident occurred in India when an Air India Boeing plane crashed on its way to London. Tragically, 241 passengers lost their lives in this devastating incident, including 169 Indian nationals, 53 Britons, seven Portuguese and one Canadian. Eyewitnesses reported a horrifying picture of destruction and chaos at the scene of the accident. "Bodies and wreckage everywhere," said one witness, describing the devastating scenes. The situation was characterized by thick smoke and desperate attempts by rescue workers to bring the situation under control. The only survivor is a British national of Indian origin, whose story makes the tragedy even more harrowing. This accident raises important questions about air travel safety and will certainly be covered extensively in the media in the coming days.

My goal is to beat the market, I'm still relatively young and want to see if I can do it, if not I'll put everything in an etf in 5 years.
Regarding my portfolio, I currently have a cash ratio of 23-25% depending on the fluctuations in the last month.
Purchases of existing stocks:
I plan to increase the financial stocks by 50%, $CG (-0,8 %)
$KKR (-1,32 %)
$APO (-2,19 %)
$TPG (-2,45 %) .
In addition, a little $DMP (-0,13 %) by 25%.
Sales:
I made the mistake of wanting to $EVO (-0,17 %) and $CPRX trade, but then I was too greedy.
I am convinced of both positions in the long term but not in this size in the portfolio, which is why I will reduce both stocks by 33%.
Potential purchases:
$HALO (+0,34 %)
$CUV (-0,31 %) - Will invest a little extra, otherwise just the 33% from sale of $CPRX. Both around 50 - 50
$SL (-1,43 %) - the same as $TISG (-13,37 %)
$KSPI (-3,31 %) - about as high as $MUM (+1,43 %)
$FIH.U (-0,19 %) - about as high as $MUM (+1,43 %)
$2GB (-4,75 %) - about as high as $MUM (+1,43 %)
$M12 (-0,1 %) - about as high as $MUM (+1,43 %)
$CPR (+1,32 %)
$DGE (+1,93 %)
$RI (+3,49 %) - I'll wait and see, but I can imagine that they will develop in a similar way to the tobacco shares. Since I don't want to decide, I'll just buy three for the sum of one. And divide the amount between these 3.
In general:
I'm generally a fan of putting together baskets like with alcohol or the yacht builders.
What would you change because you see a high risk? I am relatively poorly positioned in the tech sector, do you have any other titles that I could take a closer look at in this area?
