In August, the US economy added 142,000 jobs

(below the expected 165,000), but unemployment fell to 4.2% (from 4.3% in July), signaling resilience. Wage growth rose by 3.8% YoY, up from 3.6%, hinting at inflationary pressures.

Bought a in my opinion undervalued REIT

I'm considering buying British American Tobacco and W.P. Carey to boost my #dividends for October and November.

What are your thoughts on $BATS (-0.46%) and $WPC (+0.38%) ? Is now a good time to buy, or are there better options available?

Small addition to $WPC (+0.38%) , increasing my holding to 100 shares! In my opinion, the worst is over with their restructuring, and I’m comfortable raising my stake in REITs. W.P. Carey’s diversified portfolio and stable cash flows make it a solid choice, especially with potential rate cuts at the end of this year and next year! 🏢

My portfolio value may have taken a hit, but that didn’t stop me from having my highest day of dividends EVER! 💰

Another week, another (fractional) share of $V (-1.22%) 💳

Today’s purchase brings to me up to just about 14 total shares of Visa. At this point, it’s the 7th largest position in the portfolio, and is just a hair behind the 6th largest, $LOW (-0.45%).

I plan to keep chipping away at Visa until I reach 20 shares, and then I’ll consider contributing to other things again. It’s getting really tempting not to add to some of my down/break even positions like $SBUX (-0.51%) ,$WPC (+0.38%), or $JNJ (-0.64%)…but what are you going to do, gotta keep the focus!

Does anybody know why $WPC (+0.38%) is not showing up in my dividend forecast? All my other dividend paying stocks are. Could this have to do with the expected dividend cut?
