Costco weighted slightly higher this month to complete the 2nd share. In addition, another share of $PSA (+0.49%) 288€ was added to the portfolio today.
Hercules has been going great, now I'm taking ⅓ of the position out for the time being in order to $OBDC (+1.11%) & $PSA (+0.49%) to the same size as $HTGC (+0.54%) build up.

Supposed bottoming out of REITs $VICI (+0.45%)$PLD (-1.32%)$O (+0.72%)$CCI (+0.23%)$AMT (+0.35%)$PSA (+0.49%) and much more...As long as the FED does not lower interest rates, all REITs will continue to be punished. I will buy in this October, while many others have paid 10-20% too much.
