Can someone explain to me why $10AJ (-0.02%) with the same positions/index as $HPRO (+0.54%) with the same TER has outperformed by around 25% in the last 5 years?
Is it due to the fund currency or the fund domicile?

After a few individual investments and rather ill-considered purchases, I have finally made up my mind, savings plans which I simply run alongside my individual purchases.
I currently save every two weeks:
$SPXS (+1.02%) with 50 €
I will be saving in this ETF for a very long time, as the investment horizon here is >15 years. As this is often used as a benchmark for many portfolio performances, it can't be wrong if you want to pursue a core-satellite strategy later on.
$HPRO (+0.54%) with 50 €
I believe that the higher prime rate is currently a good opportunity to enter the real estate market and to keep it as a portfolio component in order to gain a little more weighting in this sector. It's also the only distributing ETF, which takes away the advantage of the tax deferral effect, but I find the payouts very motivating :D .
$GERD (+0.97%) with 25 €
A bet with a short-term investment horizon. Many positions are doubled here, but the overweighting is intentional.
What do you think of my strategy?
Portfolio restructuring
Dear Community,
I am 20 years old and currently attending master craftsman school. I was able to invest a lot from my time working full-time. Now it's time to restructure and I wanted to hear your opinion on my plan.
My goal is to create a simple, fairly diversified world portfolio with a return booster.
My lineup:
50% $ACWI
40% $WSML (+1.47%)
10% $HPRO (+0.54%)
I got the allocation from Souverän Investieren mit Indexfons & ETFs.
I personally like the idea of the return booster through small caps and the low correlation of the REITs (which are proportionally represented in the ETF $HPRO (+0.54%) represented in the ETF ) in relation to the $ACWI
I also own a small amount of BTC, not included here.
The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Index (the Index), while minimising as far as possible the tracking error between the Funds performance and that of the Index. The Index is a market-capitalisation weighted index designed to measure the performance of listed real estate companies and REITS of the worlds developed equity markets as defined by the Index Provider. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will aim to invest in the constituents of the Index in generally the same proportions in which they are included in the Index.
