REITs ETF

I've been considering investing in the $HPRO (+0.89%) ETF as a way to gain exposure to the real estate market. I was wondering if anyone has any insights or opinions on this ETF. Do you think it’s a good option for long-term investment?

Currently, I hold a few REITs, including Realty Income ( $O (+2.85%) ), VICI( $VICI (+2.4%) ) and Main Street Capital ( $MAIN (-0.35%) ) but I’m thinking about selling them and reallocating the funds into HPRO. Do you think this would be a wise move, or would it be better to stick with individual REITs?

I’d really appreciate any thoughts or experiences you might have!"

I am a Fan of ETFs. But in reits i would Stick to individual ones not an etf. There are so many Bad reits Out there.

@WarrenamBuffet Would you like to explain that a little more?

@Gehebeltes-EFH well, for example, mortage reits, which actually only move sideways and also cut dividends from time to time. If you look at the performance of the reit ETFs or the distributions, it's simply not as good as if you hold some quality reits like the ones you mentioned.

$IYRI from Neos, relatively new, with covered call overlay
$RLTY or $RFI Closed end funds
More classic $NETL
