For all those who are planning to transfer a custody account, here is a brief experience report.

On Easter Sunday 31.3.2024 I transferred my #realtyincome from TR to Scalable because I wanted something more structured.

They were withdrawn from TR on 03.04.2024 and appeared at Scalable on 05.04.2024.

So far, everything went quite smoothly and happened within a week, although the info said it could take several weeks.

If you start the custody account transfer via TR, then no problem.
From SC, however, a disaster.
Already had 2 behind me. Each time I had to write to the other bank/broker after several weeks and from both I got the answer that there was NOTHING on the part of Scalable. I then sent them the receipt and both ING and TR took care of it within a week.

Conclusion: Scalable support/service is dirt. Neobroker or not. Others can do better.

Then I have hope. I applied to change my custody account on 02.04. (DKB to Scalable), but nothing has happened yet 😒

I also transferred Realty Income 2 months ago (along with a few other shares) and to this day the cost value is not correctly deposited. I've had several phone calls and emails with both Scalable and TR. The Taxbox ID has been transmitted, but nothing works. So sometimes you're lucky, sometimes unlucky 😅

It took me about 3 weeks for everything to arrive at scalable

The transfer from TR to Scalable does not work for me. The BIC from TR is not recognized by Scalable. Does anyone know the problem? I've had this problem since TR moved to another bank. Thanks in advance
