What a brilliant start to the new year. You could actually bag everything now and enjoy your returns until the end of the year. But we all know that "time in the market" is what counts. The major indices, with Mr. Buffett leading the way, have even been able to make a big gain. It's just as well that he is also a small part of my portfolio. I was once again able to outperform the All-World High Dividend, albeit only just (+8.06%).

Lots of green stocks in the portfolio, spring is awakening, the sun is shining, what more could you want? Things are also going really well at work. You could almost call it stress. That's not necessarily a given, as I work on interior construction sites. So I'd rather be exhausted than poor.
The photovoltaic system on our company roof in conjunction with the heat pump is also fun. In the month of March, we only drew 0.98 kWh from the public grid, so we're virtually self-sufficient at the moment.
I have held a TR Visa since the end of March. Any purchases are now rewarded with 1% save-back. The only downside: increased booking effort at PP, as the debits are made from the clearing account. The 4% is of course (partially) lost, but as already mentioned, these are purchases anyway. Why shouldn't I take the 1% with me? At the end of each month, I plan to transfer the amount of my expenses from my current account back to the TR clearing account so that no liquidity is lost here. Nevertheless, I hope that TR will soon introduce a sub-account so that the clearing account is spared from credit card debits.
I also purchased shares worth €4,979.83 in the first quarter. These included major one-off purchases in Ares, Hercules, J&J, Starbucks, Shell, Realty Income, 3M, Lockheed and Deere.
All with one goal, of course: to increase cash flow!
