Very good, expand quality stocks, remain patient and be happy about it in a few years. Some would be grateful to get in at such prices and some forget that they always wanted these prices when we were at all-time highs.

@OpaSchlumpf I have the same feeling.
At the beginning of the year, people were still collectively howling here about the high share prices.

I can hardly wait until my transfer to Scalable arrives 🥹

Nice start

@Dividendenopi have only lowered the EK 😉
imagem de perfil
@SAUgut77 I know 😇😉, but still a nice price. Nothing for me, would only mess up my buyin 😂

@Dividendenopi Position further increased, good share price and increased dividend yield, so in my view we did everything right 🫠

More than understandable with your EK, but you will certainly have found one or two bargains 🤷‍♂️😇😉

@SAUgut77 nope, just built up a first small 1/3 position at $EKT and a half position at $NN I'm not so much on the equity trip at the moment. I am currently building up a counterbalance to equities with certificates for 12 to 18 months. I want to generate cash every month and am doing very well at the moment with returns of 6 to 8% p.a. That's enough for me 😇

@Dividendenopi NN Group had also been on the watch list for some time since ~41.50, but had not yet found the entry point.... $KBC I also found or still find it interesting.

For a bank share, however, it has a strong P/B ratio (8.46)...
imagem de perfil
@TheRealGAE I think you're confusing PER and P/B ratio 🤷‍♂️😉

@SAUgut77 no, I looked it up on MSN yesterday, I copied the value 1:1. Today the value (but this time I searched by name) is 4.9.

I prefer the banks that have a P/B ratio below 1. Or is there a reason why you should take the HBSC instead of UniCredit?

@TheRealGAE I had a look at MarketScrenner earlier and the KBV was 0.98x

Interesting! Once again you learn that you shouldn't always look on one platform ☺️ (I'd have to do the math)

But is there a reason why you chose HBSC?

@TheRealGAErse.de shows a book value of 10.31 and a P/B ratio of 0.92.

I think HSBC is a solid company and has developed very well in recent years in my opinion. The dividend is right and I also find the current restructuring measures interesting, which makes it a buy for me. I've also had it on my watchlist for a long time and am currently building up a position.

Yes, I just noticed that every platform says something different - you have to do the math yourself again 🥲

I see! Unfortunately I'm already invested in UC, so another bank is out of the question for me! But cheap banks are great 🤤 Good luck with your investment! ☺️
