Hello my dears,

Since AI will continue to be an issue in my opinion. I have picked out a slightly different profiteer for you today. Because I think that semiconductor stocks are certainly already represented enough in your portfolios.

But even if the construction of AI infrastructure should decline at some point. Will Dycom $DY (-2,87%) will remain and continue to grow in the other areas.

Dycom Industries stock has arrived in the S&P 400 - the stock should target the all-time high!

Dycom Industries is a provider of specialized construction services for the telecommunications and energy industries in the USA. The company designs, builds and maintains network infrastructure such as fiber optic lines, cell towers and power systems for telecom providers, utilities and tech companies. As of December 22, the company will be included in the S&P 400, which should increase attention for the share. In November, the company impressed with a strong 3rd quarter.

The company is benefiting greatly from the massive investments made by the major telecommunications providers in broadband expansion and from government funding programs that are driving forward the nationwide provision of high-speed internet. On November 19, the share price jumped significantly following the publication of strong quarterly figures.

Chartanalyse Dycom Industries: Erneuter Breakoutversuch!

Dear stock market participants,

The share of Dycom Industries (WKN: 877158) is breaking out again after a consolidation. The MACD provides the corresponding buy signal. The RSI is also breaking out of the last downward movement, which brought the share out of the overbought zone and into the neutral zone. The last upward movement was supported by an up-gap (November 19). After a further (delayed) move, there was a consolidation lasting several months, which was quite narrow, but recently widened in the range. On Thursday (January 15), there was another attempt to break out. This appears to have succeeded. On the upside, targets in the USD 425 (100%) and even USD 482 (161.8%) range can be derived from the Fibonacci extensions. With a stop below the GD50 in the best case at 3 : 1.

Preferred scenario: long. SL at approx. 330 USD (GD50).

I have just taken a closer look at Dycom Industries. At the moment, the MACD is at around 31-36, which is clearly positive, the RSI 14 is at 75-81, which rather indicates an overbought situation, and the share price is at around USD 427, while the EMA 200 is at USD 184.

I would be interested to know how you still see a positive outlook in this current constellation.

@Fintastic I think waiting for a setback should not be wrong. The video explains it really well. The takeover opens up a whole new area of business. This should lead to a slight revaluation. But that will ensure better growth. Take a look at other infrastructure stocks such as $VRT. Valuations have risen similarly here.
