Conversion to a Cash Flow Portfolio Completed

A while back, I completed the transition and now have a steady monthly cash flow.

The time until my final retirement is manageable (1–3 years).

I’ve focused on ETFs with quality filters. And I also have a CC ETF weighted at 10% $WINC (+0,2%) is included.

I’ve become much more relaxed now, and the performance of my portfolio is contributing to that as well. 🙂

The image shows my portfolio. Combined with my wife’s portfolio, we’ve gained 7.5% since the beginning of the year. The composition of both portfolios is the same, though.

@Thomas_1963 Awesome 💪
It'll be my turn in a few years, and I enjoy reading about what other people's investment portfolios look like as they approach retirement.

@MozartsGeist Nope, only during the accumulation phase. During the withdrawal phase, the switch is absolutely the right move 👍🏽

Very interesting 👍🏽. It'll still be a few years for me, but I've already put together a few combinations.

What Net Worth are you aiming for to retire with?
imagem de perfil
@Investooor 2,500 euros per month.

@Thomas_1963 2,500 euros?
That's just enough for rent and a car.

@Smudeo Plus 2,000 in pension from me, plus 900 euros in pension from my wife. With 5,400 euros a month, we should be able to get by. Especially since we still have that savings. 😉

@Thomas_1963 I figured as much, Thomas,
but I don't understand why you're not retiring now at 64 with reduced benefits and then working until you turn 67.
Life is finite.
Aren't your contribution years—35, 40, 45—complete?

@Smudeo I’ve been retired with deductions since 12/24, but I’m still working part-time. That way, I have a salary plus a pension and can put 1,000 euros a month into ETF savings plans.
That’s why I said 1–3 years.
If I don’t feel like it anymore, I’ll stop. 😉

@Thomas_1963
Perfect 👍🏻
This means you're insured and pay fewer social security contributions
