Riocan

With monthly payers, everyone screams Realty Income $O (-0.89%) - and forgets $Riocan Canadian concrete, real rents, monthly cash flow. Not a hype stock, not a TikTok favorite, but a stoic dividend donkey. While others tremble, RioCan trudges on, throwing off cash every month. I love my shares: savings plan running, nerves calm, calendar smiling. If you only listen to volume, you miss substance. If you have patience, you cash in. Month after month. Quiet. Hard. 🇨🇦💰

A fatigue signal is also to be had less monthly payers from the US.

Not only does the share price appear to be falling, the dividends are also declining. Better a little more hype then

Thank you for the info. Personally, I look forward to any alternative that doesn't come from the USA and isn't a "tiktok" investment. Although there are really a lot of good mReits there. Will be on my WL. Thanks for your contribution! 👌 Greetings

The project pipeline is very positive and I think it can develop well. Unfortunately, you can't see it in the chat

A little less sensationalism and self-conviction would be nice

In my opinion, there are definitely better Reits to invest in. As already mentioned in the comments, the share price is trending downwards and the dividend trend doesn't look any better. Wouldn't be interesting for me personally. @ValueMission What makes you feel positive here?
@DividendenPapa
Which are better Reits in your opinion?

@financial_ninja_104 I myself am currently invested in $O and $STAG. Whereby $O is the larger position. I was recently made aware of $MAIN myself as a possible additional addition. I also find the stock interesting after a closer look.
