Since the split, the back and front no longer fit. What can I do?

$8001 (-0,3%)

attachment

Hello dear team Hello dear community

Unfortunately, since the split I can no longer access my portfolio and my values at $8001 (-0,3%)

Or can I edit it somehow? Can any of you help me with the best thing to do? Perhaps you already have experience with this?

Or do I need support for nothing? #kundenservice

Many thanks in advance for your support

I don't understand exactly what you mean.
If you click on Itochu, you should also see the Portfolio tab. If not, then add the portfolio to the aggregated one and then take it out again (or vice versa, as the case may be).

Are the values not correct? Then open the last purchase transaction from Itochu, change nothing and save again directly. This retrieves the values and thus the split again.

@DividendenWaschbaer the problem is this Portfolio function, as you know, has unfortunately no longer been available to me since the split. I have only seen it now.

@KoenigsRasse As I said, add it to the aggregated one and then remove it again. That should work. Otherwise this tab will always be pulled out of the aggregated one. So if you have an aggregated portfolio but Itochu is not included, this could also be the reason.

@DividendenWaschbaer unfortunately I don't understand 😂 sorry I'm on the wrong track 🙈
My depo is automatically transferred from my broker, if that's what you mean

@KoenigsRasse you go to your dashboard, where you see your portfolio, then click on settings and then there's an item "add this portfolio to the aggregated portfolio". Activate it (or deactivate it if it's already on), then go back to the dashboard. Then go back to the settings and do the whole thing the other way around.
Same sh** for me ☹️. The tip with aggregated portfolio does not work for me either
