Booking Earnings

Yesterday evening we published $BKNG (+0,17%) the figures for Q4 2025 and the full fiscal year 2025. Some highlights:

  • Gross Bookings +16% YoY
  • Room Nights +9%
  • Revenue +16% (FX neutral +11%)
  • Net margin 22.5% (increase from 19.5% in Q4 2024)
  • Record FCF of USD 9.1 bn in FY2025 (+15 YoY)

Guidance for FY2026:

  • Gross Bookings Growth: Low Double Digits (FX neutral: High Single Digits)
  • Revenue Growth: Low Double Digits (FX neutral: High Single Digits)
  • EPS Growth: Mid-teens

In addition, the dividend from $9.60 per quarter to 10.50$ per quarter, which corresponds to an increase of +9.4%.

In addition, on April 2, 2026 there will be a 25 for 1 stock split will take place. Each shareholder will then receive 25 new shares for one Booking share. The current price of a Booking share will thus decrease from the current ~4700$ to ~190$ (~3600€.to 140€).

I am satisfied with the results and am glad that the figures were even comparatively "boring". Booking delivers continuously and unspectacularly. I recently increased my position in Booking considerably.

Stay tuned.

I also followed it yesterday.
Great company, solid figures and great cash flow.
Unfortunately, I'm still down 8% because I 'got in' before the irrational AI fear

8% is not much. That can turn around quickly. I think with a forward PE of ~22 the company is not expensive.

Bought a small stock today... the split was really high time... :) and due to the whole fear of disruption now also with a nice discount ...

I think they are still quite expensive. If they fall another 10-15%, that would be a good entry price for me

@Keineui so they are not expensive.
According to Koyfin P/E forward of 17, current P/E of 26.
Forward EV/Ebitda of 13 is not expensive.
