The main thing is to maximize your savings rate and invest all your money so that you can retire with millions.
I only fulfilled a small dream when I was 21 - at the end of the day we have to find a balance, which is why I kept most of my money in the deposit.
It will also be rented out next year, so it's basically an investment too ;)
So: don't let everything rot in the depot, buy something that makes you happy!
