@7Trader Hannon wants to give up its REIT status in 2024. Do you see it as an opportunity to grow faster and more sustainably or rather as a risk? Personally, I think that the focus could possibly be placed more on growth with lower distributions and I welcome it for a long investment horizon.

@Kohlmeyse On stockanalysis.com, under company profile, it says it is a Specialty REIT. Anyway, I would be interested in your opinion on this. The last time I heard about the company, it said they were going to lose their REIT status and cut the dividend, so that went something like $MPW 2.0.

@7Trader This came from the community of the Youtuber "Dividend Bull". The topic of the Youtube channel is income investing, and it's actually always about BDCs and REITs. Since I couldn't find much useful information about the company itself, I asked the people in the comments. And since companies in the renewable energy sector are having difficulties with rising interest rates anyway and income depends on the weather, I didn't want to invest.

@itZNico @7Trader In all honesty, the uncertainty is simply due to the direction of politics in the USA and the current level of interest rates. Which Reit, MReit, BDC doesn't fall? The data on TradingView makes me feel positive. Steadily growing profits and the rest of the fundamental data also fits. Even under high interest rates!
