Dividend purchased....

$HRL (+4,3%) I believe in Hormel. Hormel Foods is undergoing some changes. The sale of the low-margin areas has been completed. The changes will be felt in a few months....

Would be a bit too bold for me. It's certainly a good change of strategy, but we don't yet know whether it will work out so well. Also whether customers will go for the high-margin products or prefer to buy discount products from the competition?
However, if the turnaround works, you have probably caught a good entry point.

@GHF I absolutely agree with you, it's very risky... A bet.... I now hold 2000 shares in Hormel. My equity is not far off the current price, so if the turnaround works out, the cash register will "ring"... Until then, I'm happy about the dividends...
