delivery robots from Serve Robotics are delivered.

Which two companies would be unstoppable the next few years if they merged? Let me start:

$MCD (-0,13%) with their brand and number of restaurants, but with the quality of $SHAK (+0,94%) burgers.

or

$COIN (-0,69%) and $CHWY (+0,24%) - the two already have the same logo anyway - plus Tier products are easy to pay for with the crypto wallet. Simply Meta.

Miami Part 2

A few more interesting comments and experiences from the last few days.

I already had 2021 $CELH on the screen. The drinks are available on every corner here and were also one of the official sponsors and drinks for the Florida Panthers. Red Bull, for example, you hardly see anywhere. Unfortunately, they are still not tradable on Scalable. Maybe someone has them in their portfolio?

Then we were actually at $CMG (-0,12%) We actually went on a factory tour 😂 It tasted good, but not exceptional either (but I'm not that much of a Mexican eater either) You're somehow quickly fobbed off according to the motto "choose faster". That's probably why the 2.0 stars on Google Maps 😂 But the stores and the queues are packed. So the masses seem to like it and it tastes good, that's what matters.

However, the absolute burner when it came to food was $SHAK (+0,94%) which we found by chance. My buddy wanted to turn around because he thought they only sold shakes, but I knew they also offered burgers. And what can we say, it was one of the best burgers we've ever eaten. The padis seem to be homemade and fresh. The meat was medium to the point. We even went back a day later. Ordering and service all quick and easy. Highly recommended.

the innovative burger chain from New York, announced its quarterly figures on Feb. 17, 2022, and was able to deliver the following results:

Q4 2021:

Revenue: $203.3m, up +29% from Q4 2020 ($197.9m was expected)

Loss: -$0.11/share (non-GAAP), analysts expected -$0.17/share.

On a full year basis 2021, managed to generate revenue of $739.9m (+41.5% YoY) and a loss of -$2.6m.

Shake Shack announced a business update for Q4 2021.

In doing so, the company recorded quarterly sales of $203.3 million (+20.8% yoy) and full-year sales of $739.9 million, representing growth over 2020, of +41.5%. Same-store sales, or sales per store, grew +20.8% at the quarterly level and +24.2% at the annual level. This once again continued the recovery phase from the lockdown times.

In addition, in 2021, 36 new Shake Shack stores could be opened and for 2022, another 45-50 new stores are planned to be opened. 19 new stores (including 13 company-owned and 6 licensed stores) could be opened in Q4 alone.

However, the published figures are only preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter, which is why deviations are still possible until the final results. Nevertheless, the stock market reacted very positively to this news and the share rose by up to +17%.

The premium fast-casual restaurant chain from New York, announced its quarterly figures on November 4. In the process, revenue grew +48.7% (vs. Q3 2020) to $194 million, with a loss of -$0.05/share. Thus, revenue missed analyst estimates by -1.8%, whereas profit was right on expectations. For the 4th quarter, a revenue forecast of $193.5 - $200 million, as well as growth in terms of "same-shack sales" (compared to 2020) of between 15-20% was envisaged. For the coming year, approximately 63 new store openings are planned, of which about 25 will be franchise-based stores.
