$ELF (+0,34%) Price target increase - Jefferies raised from $115 to $150. The Rhode acquisition was cited as a key factor in the increased valuation, and several growth catalysts were also mentioned, including distribution through Sephora ($MC (-1,67%) ), new product launches and improving web traffic.
Jefferies emphasized that Rhode is the No. 1 beauty brand globally in terms of earned media value growth, with less than 1% of social media content being sponsored.
Low double-digit percentage growth to Elf Beauty's earnings per share in FY26, with projected Rhode revenues of $240m
now everyone is chasing the price targets again, please 🎲🎲🎲🎲
Elf Beauty price target raised to:
$115 from $75 at Jefferies (buy)
$114 from $105 at Canaccord (buy)
$113 from $95 at BofA (buy)
$109 from $81 at Piper Sandler (overweight)
$90 from $80 at Deutsche Bank (hold)
With my small, manageable portfolio, I have been working with $HIMS (-1,44%) , $SOFI (-0,65%) , $ELF (+0,34%) , $AMD (-0,65%) and $IREN (-0,07%) extreme volatility, but this has now paid off. ✌️
From +20% YTD to -40% YTD to now +17% YTD again
In the long term, share prices follow the development of the company, you just have to be able to withstand the vola 👍
E.l.f. Beauty (ISIN: US26856L1035) presented impressive figures in the last quarter. Sales rose by 3.58% to USD 332.6 million, while EPS of USD 0.50 per share was significantly higher than the previous year's USD 0.26. Growth is driven by a strong market position and innovative products. In particular, the acquisition of the prestige beauty brand Rhode for USD 1 billion could open up new opportunities. Rhode recently generated sales of USD 212 million and is expected to grow further through expansion into Sephora and Uta stores. But there are risks: The increased tariffs on Chinese imports of up to 55% could weigh on margins. E.l.f. Beauty is responding with a global price increase and a diversified supply chain. Nevertheless, around 80% of production currently takes place in China.
From a technical chart perspective, E.l.f. Beauty was able to gain significantly in value after the announcement of the quarterly figures and the Rhode takeover and take a decisive step forward. The downward trend from the all-time high was sustainably broken upwards and an overriding (upward) trend continuation signal was generated. The share had previously undergone an 80% correction in which the overbought situation was reduced. Due to the price increase, a first buy signal was generated in the slow stochastics and confirms the trend continuation signal. As long as the share can sustainably hold above USD 95, the next price targets are USD 148, followed by USD 225 and USD 500. If the share falls significantly below USD 95, the next correction target is USD 62.
Preferred scenario: Long-term long entry in the USD 98 range. Hedging below USD 60.

Instagram:
Hailey (Rhode) Bieber has 55 million followers on Instagram alone, $ELF (+0,34%) only 7 million !
Tik Tok:
Hailey Bieber also has 15.4 million (212.8 million likes) followers on Tik tok , $ELF (+0,34%) only 2.3 million (50.9 million likes)!
Analyst commentary exciting and $ELF (+0,34%) was also very euphoric in the earnings call (I listened to it)
BofA Securities raises price target for $ELF (+0,34%) from 95 to 113 US dollars and maintains its buy recommendation
Analyst comments: "We are positive on the Rhode acquisition for several reasons:
1) As a direct-to-consumer-only brand, ELF has significant distribution opportunities (Rhode will launch in Sephora stores in the US and Canada this fall and in Sephora UK by year-end),
2) Rhode should have a positive impact on gross margin, EBITDA margin and profit, suggesting scope for increased marketing investment
3) ELF strengthens its relationship with Generation Z consumers looking for prestige products. Rhode offers ten products in the price segment between 18 and 38 US dollars (compared to an average of 6.50 US dollars for $ELF (+0,34%) and 9.50 US dollars for comparable mass-market products).
The acquisition of Rhode is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of the financial year."
