I don't have the words right now, but I would like to write something. Maybe not the best combination, but you'll have to get through it.
Why am I at a loss for words? At the beginning of 2024, I had set myself the goal of reaching 15k by the end of the year. During the year, I had my sights set on 16 or 17k, as I had increased my savings plans a little. Now the year is over and I actually already have 20k.
I'm fully aware that this is a snapshot and that it can go in any direction at any time.
But I have really learned that continuous deposits via savings plans, as well as individual purchases when there is an inflow of money, really pay off. I never thought I'd have 20k here so quickly. And also that compound interest can be really fun. Of course, I don't yet notice compound interest and its effects with these few euros, but I get the feeling that every extra euro in my portfolio brings a little more movement. And that motivates me immensely!
The good year 2024 is of course thanks to the markets performing well. I'm curious to see how feelings change when the figures get darker. But I'm also really pleased with my discipline when it comes to saving and investing. This can continue!
My goal for 2025 would be another 10k in deposits via savings plans and individual purchases. The main aim is to $IWDA (+0,2%) will continue to be fed. In addition, I will soon buy some more gold and dare to look in the direction of $BTC (-1,64%) . I'll follow all your posts and try to learn. I still haven't quite got my head around it and have therefore been very cautious about crypto so far.
