My girlfriend has been investing in the MSCI world SRI for about 4 years $SUSW (+0,61%) . I, on the other hand, have been saving in the FTSE ALL WORLD $VWCE (+0,06%) . In the first few years, both have performed relatively equally, sometimes even the SRI slightly better. However, when I compared the charts again yesterday, I was shocked to see that the $VWCE (+0,06%) made a return of around 13% in the space of a year, while the $SUSW (+0,61%) only made a return of around 4%. Will this even out over many years, with one performing better than the other, or will SRI ETFs generate significantly poorer returns in the long term? How do you see it?
