IREN This is just the beginning 🫡

The signing of a 9.7 billion dollar cloud contract with $MSFT (+0,51%) by $IREN (+13,01%) is a pivotal moment for the company and all those invested ! 🫡

It is important to keep in mind that this billion dollar deal - which at first glance has a very strong ROIC profile - barely covers 300 MW (gross) of the ~3 GW power portfolio of $IREN (+13,01%) electricity portfolio.

There will be many more deals, whether in the form of hyperscale cloud contracts or highly profitable "premium" colocation partnerships.

This really is just the beginning... 💪

@Semos25 well think about it, they will have 3GW by the end of 2026, the $MSFT deal is 300 MW 🤔. The markets will probably fluctuate until then and you don't know what will happen until then and whether everything will be in place by then, but the fact is, if they can rent it out similarly or land similar deals, you'll easily have another 2-3x here. It's possible that more capacity will be added. I probably wouldn't jump in now, or at least only go in small and take advantage of possible setbacks. ✌️
