Portfolio feedback
Hi there,
I started investing in March 2024. I've only really been investing since August, so I've only been at it for a good six months.
I have adopted this allocation of my training salary as my strategy for 2025. I try to buy my individual shares in dips and then hold them for the long term. I try to increase my ETF share a little, but I also love buying individual shares :)
Would love to hear your feedback.
Every month about 400€
70/30 portfolio
70% ETF
$IWDA (-0,45%) IShares MSCI World (Acc) (70%)
$XMEM (-0,97%) XTrackers EM USD (Acc) (30%)
30% Individual share purchases
Current savings plan:
$1810 (-3,98%) Xiaomi 30€
$UEC (-2,3%) Uranium Energy Corp. 30€
$AMD (-1,66%) AMD 30€
I also have a portfolio with crypto which is doing quite well but only accounts for 10%.
with your capital i wouldn't take on any more for the time being, put a lot into your all world first and continue with your individual titles in exactly the same way 👍
New positions
I still have my eye on
$1810 (-3,98%) will be bought for the first time in the middle of the month with a savings plan, which is currently a small dip and I am still waiting to make a larger purchase. What is your opinion on the two companies?
UEC $UEC (-2,3%) completes acquisition of Rio Tinto uranium assets $RIO (+0,51%) finalized
Acquisition of Rio Tinto's Wyoming assets, which include the Sweetwater facility and a portfolio of uranium mining properties with approximately 175 million pounds of historic resources.
UEC paid $175.4 million in cash for the assets, which President and CEO Amir Adnani calls a "rare opportunity."
The Sweetwater facility, a 3,000 ton per day mill with a licensed capacity of 4.1 million pounds of uranium oxide per year, can also be converted to recover uranium from loaded resins resulting from in-situ recovery (ISR) operations, providing UEC with the flexibility to support both ISR and conventional mining. With the addition of the Sweetwater facility, UEC has the largest licensed production capacity in the United States.
"Recent investments in nuclear energy by big tech companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Meta demonstrate the unprecedented interest in expanding U.S. nuclear baseload capacity by some of the largest and most advanced companies in the world. These companies recognize that nuclear energy is a critical source of highly reliable, clean and safe power to meet the growing energy needs of AI computing. As the largest U.S.-based uranium company, UEC will play a critical role in providing the fuel needed today and in the future - a point underscored by the uranium export restrictions recently announced by Russia," Adnani said.
UEC's next steps for the acquired asset portfolio include completing a Securities and Exchanges Commission Regulation S-K 1300 technical resource summary report to update and confirm historical estimates, building a dedicated team focused on advancing the Sweetwater hub-and-spoke production platform, as well as refurbishing portions of the Sweetwater facility and completing equipment modifications for ISR processing.

Hello guys.
Commodities are very interesting at the moment, so I've brought along a little update on palladium. Pd has now broken out of the short to medium-term downtrend for the time being. However, the actual target zone of 733$/oz remains in place. In the long term, a further dip below the 733 mark would be better (better rtr), as it would be possible to really reload there. If the price does not fall that low again, alternative entry points will have to be considered, e.g. after the completion of a wave 2.
Investment: $SPAL (+3,68%)
The divergences formed when the price falls can be seen nicely in "red".
---------------------------------------------------------------
Because it is so beautiful, I am also addressing the topic of uranium today. The picture is similar in the uranium sector. You can play this sector via ETFs $U.UN ETFs, but I, for example, trade it via the share $UEC (-2,3%) . UEC is currently building a wave 2, whereby the bottom could already be in, similar to Pd. However, the downside for a deeper dip is significantly higher than for Pd. Here, prices at UEC of 1-2 dollars are even possible again (but this is not the primary scenario) The divergences and the retest of the 200 line can also be seen in "red" in the screenshot. A rise into wave 3 should take us into the 18-20 dollar range.
As always, however: No investment advice 🤣 It is enough if you can stimulate some thoughts here. Opinions and additions welcome.
Have a nice weekend
Palladium stocked up further. The weekly RSI of Pd has recently been in oversold territory for only the 5th time since 1986. Price target: 6000$
A lot is still possible in terms of price and we will also see good returns here.
But it's nice for me to see someone writing something about commodities.
Servus , your opinion is asked - price has risen significantly in recent months - nuclear energy is in great demand worldwide except Germany + uranium price has also risen -> how do you see opportunities / risks ? $$UEC (-2,3%)
But I have no idea, I don't deal with commodities at all. 👀
