1. Decreased losses at BER airport
In its first full financial year after beginning operations, BER Airport has once again made a large loss, as expected. Last yearโs loss amounted to almost 570 million euros, according to their annual report, presented by airport CEO Aletta von Massenbach and Supervisory Board Chairman Jรถrg Simon in Berlin on Tuesday. This means that the loss has almost halved compared to the previous year. von Messenbach said that this is only reassuring to a certain extent.

2. Flash Crash due to trader error
Citigroup $US1729674242 has admitted, that a trader error entering a transaction triggered a โflash crashโ, which sent Swedish shares down 8% and European stocks tumbling. Swedenโs benchmark OMX 30 index plunged 7.9% in morning trading on Monday, shocking investors, before quickly recovering.

3. Coinbase is on other side of introductory Bitcoin backed loan
Goldman Sachs Groupโs $GS (+1,81%) first credit facility backed by Bitcoin is the newest attempt by crypto exchange Coinbase $COIN (+4,25%) to move money from Wall Street into the digital assets space. โCoinbaseโs work with Goldman is a first step in the recognition of crypto as collateral which deepens the bridge between the fiat and crypto economiesโ said Brett Tejpaul, leader of Coinbase Institutional in an e-mail response. Coinbase has given no further details about the loan. A Goldman Sachs $GS (+1,81%) spokeswoman said last week, that the loan is backed by Bitcoin.
