Corsair Gaming

I have now decided to buy, as I expect a very positive development in the next few years due to the planned acquisition of Fanatec.

If this does not take place, I will get out again, as I do not expect the share to outperform.

It turned out to be a buy after all. Double bottom at 11.50$. Price/sales 0.92. Slight shareholder dilution, but still justifiable. EPS growth of 500% over the next 3 years, even if they only manage half that I would be satisfied.

Corsair Gaming Inc. is a company founded in 1994 in the USA that specializes in high-performance RAM. Corsair offers working memory with speeds at the upper limit of the respective spectrum. Other Corsair products include power supplies, fans, water cooling, cases, SSDs, USB sticks, keyboards, mice, headsets, RGB lighting and speakers.

Corsair is still a very small hardware company and therefore only has a market cap of 2Bn. A Kgv of 17 and a sales multiple of 1.1 with a return on capital of 8%. Corsair currently has problems due to the chip shortage this is also reflected in the price. What do you think is worthwhile in the long term to enter Corsair Gaming?

What do you think of Corsair? Have come quite under the wheels and are quite cheaply valued currently (and the setback Q3 is mE well to explain with chip crisis ...)?

If the overall market also falls, all hope is lost 🙈
