Dear community, as you can see, the above-mentioned sectors are poorly represented in my portfolio, so in order to diversify my portfolio more, I am looking for exciting stocks that I would like to take a closer look at.
Especially $VST (-7,1%) and $CEG (-5,84%) performed well due to the AI hype and the supply of data centers. $NEE (-1,61%) has more difficult cards to play at the moment due to Trump's policies.
Do you currently have any companies on your watch list?
Hello folks,
AI is not just a pipe dream, AI is a reality.
And the DeepSeek narrative from a year ago has also disappeared.
I hope you are well invested in the shovel manufacturers who are building the infrastructure for the big 7. And supply them with electricity.

In a small town in Louisiana, Mark Zuckerberg is having the largest artificial intelligence data center ever built for Meta on agricultural land. It is the size of 70 soccer pitches and cost 10 billion dollars.
Rayville is a town in north-eastern Louisiana in the USA that is experiencing a declining population. In the 2020 census, the population was 3347, down almost 21 percent from 4234 in 2000.
However, this is now likely to change. The state regulatory authorities approved a controversial plan to supply power to the largest artificial intelligence data center to date, which is being built by technology company Meta. This clears the way for the construction of three gas-fired power plants. This was reported by the portal "Nola".
The project is being built on a former agricultural area of around 70 soccer pitches. It is expected to cost around 10 billion dollars (approx. 8.6 billion euros). Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced plans to further expand the area so that it would be comparable to the size of Manhattan. The company is plunging headlong into the high-risk race for supremacy in the emerging AI sector.
"We chose Louisiana as the location for our largest data center to date for a variety of reasons, including excellent infrastructure connectivity, a strong labor base and a reliable power grid," said a Meta spokeswoman.
Criticism of Meta plans
However, the project in Richland Parish has met with criticism due to its enormous energy requirements, among other things. Davante Lewis was the only person to vote against the plan. He said the agreement leaves fundamental questions unanswered that are "too bitter to swallow", "Nola" quotes him as saying.

CEO Commentary
🔸 “With demand rising from AI, EVs, and industry, we’re expanding clean capacity and grid reliability.”
🔸 “Our AI-powered demand response tool will help reduce energy use during peak demand periods.”
🔸 “We're focused on uprates, restarts, and long-term partnerships like Meta to lead the clean energy transition.”
Today, the PJM auction rewarded utilities $VST (-7,1%) and $CEG (-5,84%) after setting the capacity price at $329 per MW-day. Shares are soaring in the after-market.
But that’s not all: in a report, Citi highlights a possible collaboration between OpenAI and $OKLO, currently constrained by institutional bureaucracy and licensing, which — given the sensitivity of the topic — tend to be very slow.
However, the partnership between the two companies is generating a lot of hype.

Hi everyone,
Another update now that I have reached my annual target. This was actually already the case in January, but then Amundi came along and I had to part with the $LCUW including a nasty tax (thanks again Amundi).
On top of that, my savings rate suffered a little due to our offspring and I was able to invest less than originally planned.
What has changed?
I was finally able to part with $YOU (+0,15%) and switched to $MSFT (-3,3%) and regrouped. In addition $CEG (-5,84%) and $PEP (+3,06%) were added to the portfolio.
Savings plans on my ETFs are continuing as normal. With $NIO (-10,08%) I secretly continue to hope for a recovery, otherwise it will remain as a memorial.
Next year's goal is to break 128k.
As always, I look forward to honest and critical feedback

Investors in nuclear energy have additional reason to rejoice as the Trump administration seeks to boost nuclear reactor projects.
Costs could fall, revenues could rise and profits from nuclear energy could explode - in a positive sense, not in the Chernobyl sense.
Shares in nuclear power plants Constellation Energy ( CEG 6.09 % ) , Vistra ( VST 7.51 % ) and Oklo ( OKLO 2.10 % ) (Oklo is more of a nuclear start-up) all rose on Monday morning. The price movements may have been triggered by general investor enthusiasm following the Trump administration's weekend announcement to temporarily lift tariffs on China - but that's not the only reason why nuclear stocks are currently in such high demand.
As the New York Times reported on Friday, the Trump administration is planning to publish several executive orders aimed at speeding up the construction of new and reactivation of older nuclear power plants in the US. The report itself states that the administration is calling for swift and decisive action. These would entail a comprehensive overhaul of federal safety guidelines for the construction of nuclear power plants in order to reduce red tape and expedite projects.
Vistra shares top the list of nuclear stocks today with a 6% gain (as of 10:40 a.m.). Constellation is up 5.9% and Oklo is lagging behind with a gain of 3.3%.
Today in the nuclear news
What is the significance of this nuclear news and does it justify the price movements? According to the Times, the goal is to quadruple nuclear power capacity to 400 gigawatts by 2050 - so it's a pretty big development.
The president's planned actions could not only significantly boost revenue by selling the additional power, but also help companies like Constellation, Vistra and Oklo with costs. As the Times notes, the two most recent nuclear reactors in the U.S. cost twice as much to build as originally estimated and took seven years longer than planned - largely due to bureaucratic hurdles that delayed construction and added compliance costs.
Is now the time to buy shares in Constellation Energy, Vistra or Oklo?
But let's not get ahead of ourselves. According to Statista, the average nuclear power plant in the US takes eleven years to build. If you deduct the additional seven years that the last two plants took, it is likely that a power plant announced today will not be completed for another four years - by which time President Trump will no longer be in office and US nuclear energy policy may have changed again. The success of these shares is therefore not guaranteed.
