I’ve just opened a position in Lumine Group. For those who don't know them, they operate in the communications and media software space.

Their model is super interesting: they acquire niche software companies, keep their management, and help them optimize their operations for the long term. If that sounds familiar, it's because they are a spin-off of Constellation Software and still operate under their umbrella, following that same disciplined playbook.
