Hello everyone 🙋♂️. Today I very briefly introduce another tanker company.
➡️ 100 shares of Frontline Ltd ($FRO) were sold at 12.96 USD per share into the portfolio.
➡️ Another company in the crude oil tanker sector. Frontline was founded in Sweden in 1985, but is now based in Bermuda. FRO is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and since 2021 also on the NYSE.
➡️ Frontline has since completed a wide variety of acquisitions and mergers, unlocking much value for shareholders in the form of dividends and spin-offs (and IPOs) of subsidiaries.
➡️ However, one should not expect a constant dividend! The next merger is also already on the horizon. A merger with the Belgian Euronav ($EURN (+2,5%)) is pending. This will create the world's largest crude oil tanker company with around 150 tankers of various sizes.
