For a total consideration of € 15-20 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis, is immediately accretive to IBA Technologies’ revenue and EBITDA and is expected to generate revenue synergies. Financed through IBA’s own funds and existing credit facilities, the acquisition will not have material impact on IBA’s 2025 financial guidance or mid-term outlook.
