Very brief interim report on 212

The online custody account transfer to 212 is in progress and will be available soon. Of course, transferring from 212 already works now.

212 is also tax-simple and everything has worked quite well so far. I treated myself to a €100 exemption there at the beginning of the year, which didn't really make sense as I actually filled it up quickly at Volksbank. But I wanted to see if the calculations and deductions worked so far.

And for the dividend fans among you, the dividends arrive on time on payday in 99% of cases.

Of course I would be grateful if you are interested in switching, please use my link and get free shares up to 100€

Finally, my current best pie I would not have expected 5 months ago that it outperforms my other pie's 😉

I've also been using the broker for six months now and have been very satisfied so far, and above all it's very cheap, I now use it for most trades.

Is it possible to actively trade fractional shares at 212 like at TR? So e.g. buy or sell only 0.XXXX shares with one trade?
image de profil
@Stocktective Yes, you can.
But there is a minimum order volume
image de profil
@Stocktective also 1€ pro trade 😀
image de profil
@Hotte1909 Thank you :) I'll have to open an account after all

@Stocktective so I can highly recommend it

What supervision are they subject to?

@Solitair regulated in Germany by BaFin

The pies are a nice thing. Is it possible to have the dividends of a pie reinvested there directly?
image de profil
@Happysurfer yes you can, but it will then be distributed over the whole pie
@Hotte1909 Yes, I would want that too
image de profil
@Happysurfer Yes, that works. Either it is then automatically invested with the next savings plan execution or it is so much that you can buy it manually once
@Hotte1909 oki then i'll put together a dividend pie and see what happens

What criteria did you use to select the 10 titles?
image de profil
@Crash-Propheteus so first of all I wanted to cover as many sectors as possible with the 10 titles (apart from tech)

Then it was about the mix of dividend stability and dividend growth, the target is about 5-6% dividend growth pa.

I have 2-3 substitutes for each stock, which are then swapped depending on performance. I also actively manage this myself. In other words, if something were to change fundamentally at $MO, $BATS would be used as an example. If $KO suddenly outperforms everything in the basic sector (if you want to call it that) and gains 30% per year, it would probably be swapped for $PEP $CL or $PG. Basically, I am relatively free in the sector adjustment. It is also possible that I will get rid of banks in low-interest phases and replace it with another sector. The alternative would then be insurance $VIG or $ALV

Then I was also concerned about the balance sheets. Can or will the dividends be paid out of profits or will debt be incurred for this or will the dividends be paid out of reserves. This is not easy, especially in the oil sector, where all companies have declining cash balances. I then looked for stability here. It is quite possible that this sector will be completely eliminated at some point and replaced by solar $HRPK, grid operator $RWE or energy infrastructure $SBMO $2GB, but this is not planned for the time being

@Crash-Propheteus At least that's the short version 😀

@Hotte1909 I thought the same thing, I just didn't understand it at $SIKA........ Merci
image de profil
@Crash-Propheteus $SIKA is such a border crosser. Industry/chemical alternatives would include $FAST / $PPG or $BAS. However, I am convinced by Sika and in my opinion they have made intelligent acquisitions with PCI/Thomsit etc. and I also use the products myself, so I decided to go with Sika. I also consider them to be a turnaround candidate. I have them in my main portfolio myself

Depot transfer "soon" available. This has apparently been there since Dec. 2023 and should come at the beginning of 2024...
image de profil
@TheBlackLamb you can make a securities account transfer via the desktop version, you can download a document and then send it in postially. Similar to Volksbank. They just want to simplify it

@Hotte1909 Ah, ok. Thanks for the info :-)
image de profil
@Hotte1909 Where can I find this document? Unfortunately I haven't found it and the chatbot says that nothing can be transferred at the moment :(
image de profil
@MoneyMuehle haven't found anything either...
image de profil
@MoneyMuehle I can't find it anymore either 😀 I last looked for it in September when the Dolument was still available as a PDF for download. No idea why it's gone now
