If I see it correctly, around €500 of the €800pM comes from P2P loans. Good luck with that! 🤞

@Epi That's right. Are you invested in P2P?

@Finanzen_Anders No, it's too risky for me.

@Epi I've been investing in P2P for almost 5 years. It's actually my favorite asset class. Maybe you should watch my video about it, it's not quite fresh anymore... but the core fits. https://youtu.be/QZK7AXH4AFA?si=cHvuHDG37Y07U7nS

@Finanzen_Anders "Only invest with money that is not important to you."
That would leave only a small part of my capital. But I'd rather put that into asset classes that promise me 100%+ returns.

@Epi What are your classes with 100% profit? Not really shares.
image de profil
@Finanzen_Anders Of course you can make 100%+ profit per year with shares. If there is a lot of risk, then there is a good chance of a return.

@Therapeut Purely on the basis of dividends?

I'm now at pretty much exactly €12,000 in actual net income. So that's what I've received in my account. November is a rather weak month, but with December I think it might end up at around 13.5. I only track with what getwin offers and also keep an Excel list, as the dividends at getquin are not exact. But I don't have any specific targets. But overall performance is more important to me than dividends.

@Asgard19 Thank you.

With interest and dividends (neo Broker) and Raisin fixed-term deposit interest, I will end up with just under 10,000 gross additional income in the 3rd year of stock market and savings. As a wise man says: this is the way.

Last year it was just under €9000 gross, this year only around €5000 gross
image de profil
@Simpson Oh well. Did you deduct a lot or were there dividend cuts like at $BAS?
image de profil
@Finanzen_Anders no I have exchanged some stocks, less high dividend more dividend growth
image de profil
@Simpson I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. A quick look at your depot here looks really good.
