My favorites in the information technology sector 🚀

Infosys $INFY

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing $TSM (-0,65 %)

Applied Materials $AMAT (-0,81 %) (rather speculative)

In fact, the technology sector has been the most difficult for me so far, probably also because it is a very dynamic and rapidly developing sector.

I would therefore be interested: Which companies do you see as particularly promising for a long-term investment?

To the computer scientists and tech insiders among you: Do companies like Microsoft, SAP or Adobe now tend to be established players that may have lost their innovative strength or do you still see them as being well positioned for the future?

$GOOG and $AMZN. in the semiconductor sector, i'm betting on $AMD, $AVGO $MPWR and $MU. as a computer scientist, i would say that azure, aws and gemini will continue to be strong drivers, but of the three i have eliminated $MSFT. i see amazon and google as having better chances in the future, but that's a bet. just as $AMD still has so much catch-up potential. i find $MPWR exciting because their chips are not so dependent on AI. $TSM and $ASML are too politically dependent for me, which is of course an obvious thesis at the moment, but was also the case before trump. in my opinion, it remains to be seen how $ADBE develops with regard to AI.

Why Infosys? Could you briefly enlighten me as to why you see them in the lead in the future? I've only heard about them, but unfortunately haven't had a closer look yet

@user1d7gf8465j461735 Infosys is the largest IT service provider in India with a global presence. They have a solid balance sheet with excellent ratios, low debt, good margins and a good market position in a growing sector.
