How do you arrive at 3.68%/year with the average outperformance?

By doing the math, I come up with 7 years:

(1+1,7747)^(1/7) - (1+1,2117)^(1/7) = 0,0369

So approx. 3.7% per year. The first term is my CAGR return after 7 years and the second term is the CAGR return of the MSCI Worlds after 7 years.
