ETF Portfolio help

Hi,

I would like help with constructing a balanced/aggressive ETF only portfolio. I have

tried to do the individual stocks approach but that is proving too time.

So, these ETFs I like:

$SUSW (+0,3 %) MSCI World SRI

$IWVL (-0,74 %) MSCI World Value

$XXSC (-0,22 %) MSCI EMU Small Cap

$CSPX (+0,58 %) Vanguard S&P Core

$SMH (+2,46 %) VanEck Semicondutor

$XNAS (+1,24 %) Xtrackers Nasdaq100

iShares AEX

$EIMI (-0,05 %) MSCI Emerging

I dont want all of these and understand that there a bit of overlap with some – maybe even

quite a bit - but I am struggling to think which would be the best combination 4-5, and then

the right ratio of each, while still being aggressive over a 10-15year period.

Any thoughts or further considerations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

W

Do you start from zero or do you already have a lump sum to invest?

Hi @RaphGM, thanks for the question. I have already invested into a range of stocks - 125k - and have another 45k available.

@financial_ninja_60 I don't know the stocks you have and their repartition so I can't say for sure, but if I was in your situation, I would analyse my actual portfolio, see in which area I am lacking something (any specific branch, region etc) and get the ETFs to cover that/those gaps.
@RaphGM thanks. I don't want to keep investing directly into stocks. I have tried that. It is not for me. But I do want to invest in the market through ETFs. So, really looking to move across to a 4-5 ETF portfolio and those ETFs above were what I am considering. And looking to get advice on a balanced, aggressive arrangement. Thanks again.

@financial_ninja_60 Then if I would be in your position, and only considering the ETFs you have selected, I would go like this:
65% $SUSW
25% $EIMI
10% $SMH
@RaphGM ok interesting. Thank you. Are there other ETFs you like?

40% $CSPX 30% $XNAS and 30% $SMH
@TechNav that is pretty punchy!

I have the feeling that the majority of the community members here are born after '95 or 2000. Anyone older will advise you for a more defensive approach. The nasdaq 100 can be a pretty wild guess for 10-15 years
