Buying in October may or may not be better. The price does not depend solely on the interest rate policy, but in particular on the consequences that investors see for REITs. And investors do not always act rationally. It is therefore also possible that you will already be chasing prices in October.

As we will only know later what would have been right, I am simply buying regularly in the current phase using a savings plan.

In the meantime, we are already collecting the dividends ;-)

I bought 2 tranches at 44.80 and 47.10 at $O. Do you think it will go down much further?

@KevinCNo, but I think you will find a similar entry price. Your timing was great. 👍🏻

@Khlmysee I'll add to it again at 45. I'm currently holding a bit more cash anyway (I'm staying invested, but investing less at the moment).

Jerome Powell said yesterday that the next interest rate change is highly unlikely to be an increase. Because that has already been speculated again.

@kleberj is not even necessary. Just keeping interest rates at this level is a real break in the neck.
Of course you are right with that statement, but are you really of the opinion that the market has not yet priced this in accordingly?

Due to the upcoming US elections in November, I would not necessarily bet on October here. I agree with you about the bottoming out. I entered $VICI and $O in March with a 1st tranche and I visit both monthly in my savings plan. At the end of the year, I wanted to enter with a larger position if necessary.

Which is your/your favorite? I currently have $O and a small amount in $MPW I also plan to invest in $PLD in the future...
