Sounds like a cool high-tech company 🙂

With my boring dividend portfolio, I'm always a bit on the sidelines. But it's still exciting to see. If I were younger, I would also be part of the growth stocks/tech team.

@NichtRelevant are you more into dividend stocks or what is your strategy

@Tenbagger2024 I no longer work regularly. I make my living mainly from rental income; rented properties are 90-95% of my assets.

The custody account is a supplement that should deliver distributions with little administrative effort, ideally without depleting the capital stock. I also need the custody account as a reserve that can be quickly liquidated if a lump sum of money is needed quickly in an emergency (!), e.g. to replace a roof that has 'flown off' or similar. I haven't had a case like this yet, but it's good to have something to fall back on - also to be able to show banks that there are more than just 'stones' when it comes to financing or prolongations.

My portfolio includes a fund from my bank, 2-3 dividend ETFs and boring dividend and value stocks from the telecoms sector $DTE, insurance $MUV2, consumer goods $BATS and commodities $RIO. I also have a few smaller exotics from the shipping sector ( $WAWI, $TRMD A ).

All in all, the development of the portfolio is not bad, but of course not nearly as exciting and spectacular as that of some active forum members here. 😅

@NichtRelevant maybe I'll look for a few more exciting dividend stocks for you

@Tenbagger2024 That would be really mega! 🔥

Informative info: My securities account and my watchlist are openly visible. However, my watchlist has now grown into a wild smorgasbord.

As additions to my portfolio, I currently have my eye on $PZU and $PFE.

@NichtRelevant I'll ask the machine right away

@NichtRelevant $RF 3.18% dividend yield and performance. $FANG 4.99% dividend yield, $CME 3.44% dividend yield, $SFQ 4.59% dividend yield, the machine suggests. $INSTA I find 6.42% dividend yield very interesting. @Dividendenopi @SAUgut777

Whow. I'd never looked at any of them before - some of them I don't even know by name. I'll take a closer look at them all.

@Tenbagger2024 the only stock I have with a dividend yield of just under 4% is $DTE. Otherwise I need more for my planned cash flow. $INSTA was a great tip, great share price performance since your presentation. 🚀 However, I didn't buy because I couldn't reliably check the dividend yield. @NichtRelevant $PFE I have a full position in my portfolio, but it doesn't do anything except bore me and pay dividends regularly 😁With my equity well over 7%.

The wrong dividend seems to have been entered in GQ at $INSTA. But I'll take a look at everything at my leisure. Thanks for the research. That's great.

With @Dividendenopi (you've changed your logo, I hardly recognized you😅) and @SAUgut777 you've also identified the two that are very close to my investment style. Whereby Dividendenopi has recently become a bit more progressive and almost a speculation opi. 👈😉
