$MPW (-1,22 %) (+-0%)

$OHI (+0,05 %) (with +40% including dividend)

out of my portfolio, simply because I want to focus more on growth.

$GIS (-2,79 %) will probably be the next to go.

I have cybersecurity $CRWD (-1,64 %) and $PANW (-5,93 %) on the watch list.

Otherwise:

On average approx. 6% p.a. With S&P 500 ETF you would have more. Just to consider your strategy with individual stocks.

I think you're already too late for a lot of the things you want to buy.

@Ayecaramba256 In my opinion, you're never too late. I even see Microsoft and Snowflake as a good time to get in.
The shares of Palo Alto and Crowdstrike have of course just risen sharply. But I also have patience for setbacks.

Get yourself an S&P500. Make a fake portfolio for stocks but keep the real money in the ETF. Your stock pick is burning returns. You're throwing money out the window. (Roast)
