@DonkeyInvestor that's how it looks. Times remain unchanged at ~5 min per km for a total distance of 5-7 km. I'd say it's pretty awesome

Your goal is around 140 bpm. Don't run above this threshold for a few weeks. After 3-4 weeks, when you are running at three quarters to an hour, build in interval runs. max 30s with the bpm 10-20 times in 4-5 intervals with 1-2 min breaks. Then that will also
