Time and everything is great, but if you somehow want to do it more regularly again * (because of the possible fat burning), then keep your heart rate at u135 and only go up to 150-160 in short intervals. Otherwise such a unit will really not help you. Just a friendly hint :)

@TonyStark Absolutely correct, but we are talking about averages, normal sport "last time jogging months ago" and considerable generalization :)!

People with a 160 70% either have a significant disease (not average) or are quite active athletes.

I personally have never encountered anything else, but I'm happy to be educated :)!

@tAdel Age is also relevant. Normal HR is generally higher in young people. 160-180 at maximum exertion is completely normal. Of course, it would be worrying if it was like this all the time. In other words, the whole jogging route continuously. But even then there can be differences. If I try to sprint for 3 km (emphasis on try) I also have a really high heart rate all the time.

@TheAccountant89 Well, logically, when I pedal 500 watts, my heart jumps out of my chest too :D !
Of course it's normal, I just wanted to say that recreational sport at the pulse level (with no targeted running but simply "doing sport again") is neither effective (losing fat, "training" HKS) nor particularly healthy ;)!

@tAdel I didn't want to start a fundamental discussion :D. I've just had the above-mentioned problem myself in my circle of friends, doing sport once a week but then 45 minutes of gas with a heart rate of 170-190...

@tAdel I play soccer twice a week and go to the gym at least 3 times a week

I don't know if that counts as sporty👀🌚

And burning fat is not good at 194 height and 83 kg💀

@leveragegrinding Unfortunately, there's nothing more to come from me. At least for the next few weeks. When it all started, I wanted to go for a quick run, only to sprain my ankle 🥴 I'm not supposed to jog for a month 😭
