British American Tobacco $BATS (+1,84 %)

Medical Properties Trust $MPW (+0,24 %)

Ares Capital $ARCC (+1,64 %)

Reatly Income $O (+0,55 %)

Not exactly creative choices, but all "good value" in terms of valuation.
