The Power segment includes engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance, project development, and technical consulting services to the power generation market. The Industrial segment offers primarily on-site services that support new plant construction and additions, maintenance turnarounds, shutdowns, and emergency mobilizations for industrial plants. The Teledata segment provides project management, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and emergency response services. It also operates through the following geographical segments: United States, Republic of Ireland, and United Kingdom. The company was founded by Rainer H. Bosselmann in May 1961 and is headquartered in Arlington, VA.
