9Today I have my first position in Unilever $ULVR (-0.27%) today. The plan is to build this up over time to increase my strategically expand my withholding tax exempt UK strategically.
Unilever convinces me with a strong brand portfolio, stable cash flows and a reliable long-term dividend policy. In my view, the stock is a solid foundation for a defensive dividend portfolio.
I see the investment as a classic long-term hold with the aim of benefiting from dividend growth and the company's international orientation.
What do you think of Unilever?
Do you have any British consumer stocks in your portfolio?

$UL (-0.48%) or $PG (-0.63%) ?
In any case, Unilever has a much larger debt burden, but the percentage dividend is better. What do you think?
