STORE Capital Corporation is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is engaged in the acquisition, investment, and management of Single Tenant Operational Real Estate (STORE Properties). It acquires STORE Properties from business owners, and then lease the properties back to the business owners under net-leases, substantially, all of which are triple-net. It provides real estate financing solutions principally to middle-market and larger businesses that own STORE Properties and operate within the broad-based service, retail and manufacturing sectors of the United States economy. It also provides mortgage financing to its customers. It owns a diversified portfolio that consists of investments in more than 2,866 property locations, which are operated by approximately 556 customers across the United States. Its customers operate across various industries, including restaurants, early childhood education, and metal fabrication, among others.
