With Hannon Armstrong $HASI (-2.76%) a mortgage REIT now joins my shares in the portfolio. As soon as the price has found a bottom, further follow-up purchases are to follow the initial purchase.
Strong sustainability play. Dividend low for REIT / yieldco but room to grow.Average price target of ~$64 is 28% upside from current level.
