Today, the PJM auction rewarded utilities $VST (+1.37%) and $CEG (+1.69%) after setting the capacity price at $329 per MW-day. Shares are soaring in the after-market.

But that’s not all: in a report, Citi highlights a possible collaboration between OpenAI and $OKLO, currently constrained by institutional bureaucracy and licensing, which — given the sensitivity of the topic — tend to be very slow.

However, the partnership between the two companies is generating a lot of hype.

I remain firmly convinced that in the coming years we will witness an explosion in the nuclear energy sector combined with AI. Having thoroughly analyzed the documents, motivations, and statements, I remain optimistic about a possible collaboration between OpenAI and $OKLO, once $OKLO has finalized its product. We'll see, it’ll be fun.

About a year ago, as I was getting into the world of nuclear stocks, I came across a strange company: $LEU (+6.59%). Since then, both its stock price and the company itself have skyrocketed, driven by the strong demand for energy fueled by AI.

However, $LEU (+6.59%) has a unique trait: it is the only U.S. company that produces HALEU, effectively holding a monopoly in this sector. This company fits perfectly with others like $OKLO and $SMR, as they are producers of SMRs.

The connection between these companies is crucial: $LEU (+6.59%) produces HALEU, $OKLO and $SMR buy it.

Of course, there are downsides: very high production costs, almost mandatory government incentives, regulatory hurdles, and political and social opposition.

Nevertheless, $LEU (+6.59%) is very well positioned in this emerging world. Definitely one to watch.

Nuclear stocks will play a key role: clean and reliable energy, increasingly central to the energy transition. Interesting from a long-term perspective.

For this reason, I will significantly increase my position in stocks related to SMR technology and utilities. AI and Data Centers = Growing energy demand.
