Volkswagen ($VOW (+0.2%)) - The German automaker Volkswagen, suffered a significant decline in sales in China in 2021. Overall, sales figures shrank by 14% compared to the previous year. VW China CEO Stephan Wöllenstein cited the lack of semiconductors and supply chain problems as the reason for the poor figures. VW Group's market share in China, which had long been 14 or 15 percent, now fell to 11 percent.
