Weatherly International plc is a holding company. The Company is engaged in mining, development and exploration activities. Its segments include Central Operations and Tschudi. The Central Operations include the sale of extracted copper from Otjihase and Matchless mines in the form of copper concentrate. The Tschudi segment include the sale of extracted copper in the form of copper cathode. Its Central Namibian mineral properties include Otjihase and Matchless mines, which are located in approximately 18 kilometers northeast of the capital Windhoek and approximately 30 kilometers southwest of Windhoek. The Matchless Amphibolite Belt is a northeast-southwest sequence consisting of amphibolite, chlorite-amphibole schist, talc schist and metagabbro, which extends over a distance of approximately 350 kilometers in the Southern Tectonostratigraphic Zone of the Damara Orogen. The Otjihase deposit consists over five mineralized zones, such as Shoot A, Shoot B, Shoot 2, Shoot 3 and Shoot 4.
