The Cement segment offers single engineered and customized equipment, such as mills, kiln systems, and clinker coolers, to more standardized products such as feeding and packaging machines as well as complete cement plants, maintenance, and remote online support. The company was founded by Frederik Laessoe Smidth on January 2, 1882 and is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
