Your opinion on $AIX ? We'll always need semiconductors... a big drop, maybe now a possibility?

I have in the depot:

Nvidia $NVDA (-0.44%) ,

SalesForce $CRM (-0.48%) ,

SAP $SAP (-2.31%)

RioTinto $RIO (+0.22%)

and Tesla $TSLA (+3.87%) .

Today I had to sell Aixtron $AIX had to sell.

Which share could you recommend to me? I actually have a few shares on my watchlist, but none of them are convincing me to buy at the moment.
