BHB Brewing Holding
Hi All, Today I would like to ask a question here, if you also invest in companies nationally and locally. Not only because of increase in value, but also as participation or support?
I know from my family that you often give credit or shareholdings for the smallest companies.
Today I would like to introduce a company in which I am invested myself and will personally participate in tomorrow's AGM:
"The beer of BHB Brauholding has, according to its own statements, two decisive ingredients. Love and passion, along with water from Jura cold stone, ensure that the company's own beer, Herrnbräu, is unique.
✓ Barley from the surrounding area of Ingolstadt.
✓ World's best hop quality
✓ High-quality mineral water Free of any environmental pollution
✓ Constant yeast quality
✓ Bavarian purity law
As a fine specialty, it has also found its lovers beyond Ingolstadt.

At EUR 16.7 million, sales were 29.1% higher than in the previous year, EBIT was EUR 546 thousand and EBITDA was EUR 2,095 thousand.
no2.2022 was 77.1 %, demonstrating BHB Brauholding AG's solid financial structure - a decisive competitive advantage in the ongoing consolidation process in the brewing industry.
Brauerei Herrnbräu GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of BHB Brauholding Bayern-Mitte AG. The roots of the Herrnbräu brewery go back to 1527. As a result of the merger with Danielbräu to form Aktienbrauerei in 1873 and the merger with Bürgerliches Brauhaus in 1899, Herrnbräu has been under the umbrella of our stock corporation since that time.
The BHB Group has established itself as a traditional Bavarian beer specialist with a particular focus on wheat beer specialties. Today's overall brand portfolio includes 10 wheat beers, 30 bottom-fermented beer specialties and 4 beer mixes. With Bernadett Brunnen, Herrnbräu GmbH also offers a wide variety of mineral water and non-alcoholic soft drinks. 16 different varieties are available as thirst quenchers. What all products have in common is their purity as well as their award-winning, excellent quality.
